It’s easy to make an appointment by calling 208-466-8400 or by filling out and submitting our contact form. We work hard to get you in as soon as possible. In many cases, if you call by 10:00 am we can get you in the same day you call!

First Time Appointments
In order to add convenience and speed to the process for new patients, we are providing the necessary form available for download and completion at home.
